We are hiring technology consultants with the following skillset to work with us on an important client project:
Customer Support Analyst
This is not an engineering role. This role is focused on break/fix restoration of service. This role engages with the business user, IT engineering and store team member.
Following the ITIL framework, utilize the Incident Management process to identify, perform and document the steps required to restore service to impacted business services. Take the necessary actions to proactively ensure a stable environment for the defined business functions. The members of this team will spend a considerable amount of time walking non-technical team members through the actions needed to achieve restoration of service.
Strong foundation in Windows and AIX server hardware and operating systems.
Very strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Base knowledge of server network infrastructure connectivity.
Other skill requirements:
Effective verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
Microsoft application knowledge a plus (Office 365, Excel etc.).
Some iDevice knowledge a plus.
SQL Server knowledge a plus.
Knowledge with tools such as TSM, SCOM, TeamQuest and VMware a plus.
