We are seeking a computer savvy candidate with excellent verbal/writing & typing skills to become part of our team. This candidate must possess excellent communication and time management skills in addition to being a quick study and adept at multi-tasking.
This individual must be very articulate as their main responsibilities require speaking with clients, potential clients and other affiliates via phone on a regular basis.
Description of Current Responsibilities:
Reviews, organizes and responds to email from job seekers, educational/professional association directors, and other sources on a daily basis
Identifies and utilizes other web sites to communicate positions from the Casino Careers job board to as many candidates as possible
Reviews resumes and sends qualified individuals' resumes to clients/employers
Checks format, categories, content, and user friendliness of job postings on Casino Careers
Communicates with job seekers in response to inquiries, to inform them of duplicate resumes in database, or to give application/resume posting instructions
Generates reports about performance of clients' job postings on a weekly basis
Helps maintain and update various databases (clients, associations, job sites, etc.)
Communicates with clients/employers to explain and guide through job posting process and help them improve their job seeker response
Complete special projects, additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned in a timely manner
