Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about helping our fast-growing premium user community through the provision of fast and awesomely effective personal online-support using our various help desk platforms.

Support Specialists work closely with product and marketing teams as their most important goal is to act as the bridge between Prezi and the Prezi community. The Prezi Support Team stands on the frontline of every user interaction and directly shapes the future of the company and the product.

Responsibilities:
Work on the frontline of Prezi's fast growing user community

Support and help Prezi users via our support platforms and channel community feedback to the company.

Evangelize Prezi internally within the company and share your passion for idea-sharing and the Prezi community

Shape Prezi's future through reporting community feedback about the product to the people that matter.

The ideal candidate:
Is an avid Prezi user

Is passionate about ideas, great customer service, and mentoring others

Is a self-starter but also a collaborative team player

Has great English written and verbal communication skills

Is data driven and research oriented

Has experience working in customer service environments

Has experience working with help desk platforms, and/or analytics, and/or training

Can handle the pressure of working in a fast growing startup environment

Is as curious as George and loves their field of expertise like a Ferengi bartender
