Job Description:

Raytheon AST is currently seeking a Mid Level Cyber Network Operations Planning Specialist to demonstrate expertise in cyber operations throughout the U.S. and how a common view of data is created with various partners to enable the synchronization of analysis, the display of information and the dissemination of information. Analyze multi-source and technical data to support cyber operations with experience in the following areas: intrusion assessments, vulnerability assessments, cyber operations opportunity development and documenting information processes. Demonstrate cyber expertise in one or more of the following areas: exercise support, strategic planning, performance management or process development

Required Skills:
• Work experience must include 3 years of cyber operations (or related area) within the DoD.
• Experience in one or more of the following: exercise support, CNO, strategic planning, performance management, or process development and be able to serve as a subject matter expert for working groups and meetings with mission partner organizations / agencies.
TS/SCI with Full Scope Clearance Required
Desired Skills:
• Experience in written and verbal communication skills.
• Self motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized and able to manage individual schedule.
• Experience in skills in analyzing intelligence, information and technical data and describe cyber opportunities.
• Experience with internet research and interpreting complex information.
• Experience in working in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed.
Required Education (including Major):
• 6 continuous years of work experience in cyber operations or a related field or a Bachelors Degree in a hard science and 3 continuous years of work experience
