Proficient in (Word, Excel, Power Point) applications
  • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects
  • Able to perform the physical requirements and able to work flexible hours due to promotional events of the brand
  • Valid Drivers License with proof of no fault insurance, clean driving record
  • Must meet wholesale equity certification requirements for the position within required timelines
  • Prior sales route expereince required
  • College degree preferred
  • Prior coaching, supervisory skills managing people

  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Manage, lead motivate and develop personnel including selection, performance management and employee relations
    • Maintain retail call frequency as required by AOE and conduct ride with and team sells as required
    • Establish and monitor quality control standards (Product freshness, finished product loss)
    • Develop and execute Impact Selling programs to drive key sales objectives. Develop, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators as it relates to thes Sales Department goals
    • Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, Equity Agreements and Anheuser-Busch standards and policies
    • Respond, investigate and resolve retailer questions and concerns
    • Manage expenses for assigned area of responsibility
    • Call on buyers to develop and implement programs
    • Participate in samplings and brand promotions to support brand awareness and consumer trials
    • Ensure compliance with OPR, Performance Reviews, Discipline, Coaching and motivating staff to dive results desired
