Part-time; trust funded; Adjunct Faculty DCE MCCC / MTA Unit positions.
Masters degree in Dance preferred, Bachelor’s or a combination of education and professional experience required.
Evidence of competence in the area of instruction; Maintain expertise appropriate to teaching responsibilities; 3-5 years teaching experience in a community college preferred
Part Time Faculty
Instruction in both traditional and non-traditional learning modes;
Instructional preparation; Expectation to grow and market the department; Public Performances of professional and student work; Assessment of student performance; including submission of final grades in a timely fashion;
An obligation on the part of the unit member to be available to students by appointment when mutually convenient;
Not more than one faculty meeting per session.
Other duties as required.
