Job Details:
Under the direction of the Project Manager, this position will be part of the mobile outreach team focused and responsible for maintaining both physical and electronic records for all of the outreach and education activities and maintains all the events records of the Covered CA – Health Benefits Exchange Center Project. This position involves compiling and reporting data required by funding agency evaluation reporting. Generates reports outlined in project/program by reporting cycle. Assists with special projects and activities as are required by the Project Manager and Director of Community Outreach Program at Daughters of Charity Ministry Services. Assists with performing program/project coordination, scheduling and collaborates on special projects. Accountable for compliance of related program regulations, HIPAA and safety standards. Responsible for reviewing the effectiveness of Health First Promoters who are conducting outreach and education activities. Identifies data trends, needs and measures against scope of work goals and if necessary participates in action plans. Assists with special projects and/or other duties as assigned.

The Data Entry Coordinator will participate and comply with department quality and assurance processes and thresholds in fast pace and multi-task environment. The Data Entry Coordinator will interact professionally with internal and external clients.

Education/Training/Experience

Bachelors Degree or Minimum of 2 years of past related experience in database maintenance, data entry and reporting

Proficiency with computer skills and Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

Skills in data base maintenance, project coordination, data entry and reporting

Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a fast paced environment, using time effectively

Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, anticipating barriers and problem solving

Proven experience in successfully organizing work and coordinating programs and projects

Demonstrated excellent customer service skills

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

Previous experience in a health care setting preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

Licenses/Certifications

Certified Application Assistor (CAA) preferred

Valid Driver’s License with required car insurance

Pass Program Certification with an 80% or above within probationary period
