Assists Operations Team Manager with various production and support functions. Performs training functions and asks as a subject matter export, provides assistance to less seasoned associates. Responsibilities include researching complex requests for information and/or resolving exceptions; and reviewing daily reports. Assist in ensuring that clients service level standards are met; identifying and championing potential process improvements; proactively identifying and elevating issues that pose potential risk to the corporation. Utilizes several business applications and uses appropriate technology to perform routine activities. Maintains internal, operational, and financial controls and ensures they meet company standards. Ensures a high quality of service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external clients.
The position requires extensive research of insurance related information to perform daily processing of business unit's work queues. Position requires the ability to work independantly in a team evironment.
