Experience of managing a team in this fast paced environment dealing with Tier 1 customer ,Reporting , making sure the team executes what it has said it will , very good communicating the message , Ongoing development of team , measuring team performance , communicating to the client , reports , matrixes. Dealing with Tier 1 banks documentation is very important for audit purposes , a disciplined individual required with a strong learning desire , monitoring the team performance and measuring the team performance key .

In terms of the person we are looking for:
Effective problem solver and excellent analytical skills.
Strong planning, procedural, and process skills .Experience working with equities, options, futures, derivatives, indexes, ETFs, and or fixed income data.
Knowledge of and familiarity with major market data vendor feeds, eg Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC.
Knowledge or familiarity with SQL and UNIX is preferred.
Experience and knowledge of pricing data, corporate actions, and reference data.
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral are required.
Ability to speak, and read a foreign language is a plus.
* Understanding and familiarity of Middle and Back office processing, specifically; Reconciliation, Trade Settlement, Corporate Actions, Treasury Cash Mgmt etc., within the Financial Services Industry
* Analytical skills to analyze data, complete research, diagnose and solve technical problems
* Ability to understand business processes and business problems and how data / data relationships can be used to solve business problems
* Ability to understand and capture technical requirements
