We are looking for a C++ Programmer for our client to develop the data analytics system for quantitative trading.
Our Client is one of the fastest growing hedge funds with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. They have several billion dollars under management. The majority of their trading portfolio is focused on the high frequency domain. Strategically, they are in the process of growing their global footprint with a physical office and launch of portfolios for the European Markets.
As a data analytics programmer, the core contribution and focus will be in the design and deployment of a state of the art data analytics platform that will cover all aspects of the trading lifecycle. This will include the research, back-test and automated trading modules of the system. You will work with a very successful and talented team. Proactively understand the needs of the business and deliver the most robust and sophisticated data analytics platform. Beyond this, it is anticipated that you will quickly grow into a role of making a wider contribution to the alpha generation and trading process. This role affords a genuine opportunity for a data expert to develop the skills and experience to build a more rounded career in quantitative trading.
3 - 4 years of experience in complex and high volume data analytics Programming
Must be well versed with real-time C++ Programming
Expertise on multithreading programming, UNIX and Perl will be plus
Graduation from reputed Universities
Excellent Communication skills
Experience on financial domain will be advantage but not essential.
