The Database Admin/Analyst - ERP role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
In cooperation with the Director of Business Applications, they will work with the non-clinical applications team in the design, development, testing, enhancement, documentation, and ongoing support of all ancillary non-clinical applications to support business and patient care processes. Evaluates, selects, and implements new technologies and development tools for technology development. Promotes technical standards for development, testing, and documentation, participates in the evaluation and selection of vendor systems, facilitates continuous quality improvement efforts, and serves as an expert technical resource for IT projects and teams throughout the enterprise.
Education: Associates degree level preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years Information Systems implementation experience. Prior Lawson Experience Highly Preferred.
