Twitter is looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join Data Center Engineering team to focus on solving complex problems in a large scale environment. You should have the passion for design efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities:
  • Support build out of power and fiber around data center deployments for existing facilities
  • Develop a documentation process to assist with communications between data center engineering and internal and external partners
  • Work with the team on design definition of future data center builds
  • Interested in the electrical and/or mechanical topology around supporting dense power applications for data centers
  • Interested in thermal or power management within the rack, server and data center
  • Interest in controls systems monitoring and alarming
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Interested in efficient design of systems supporting mission critical data center environments
  • Interested data center support systems, power, environment and connectivity
  • Excellent communications skill and ability to work with multiple teams
  • You use and love Twitter

Desired Skill:
  • Excellent at communication
  • Interested in defining and streamlining processes that support uptime of data center
  • Interest in physical construction and operation of large power consuming facilities
  • Familiar with the concept of mission critical systems support around data centers
