Duties include but are not limited to:|
Assist in preparing budgets, reports, and financial statements.
Develop office procedures and standards.
Perform personnel function of interviewing and recommending employment of support staff.
Coordinate and participate in the preparation of staff forms
Provide information to faculty regarding regarding academic policies
Relay established policies and procedures to other administrators and outside agencies.
Supervise, coordinate and participate in the collection and recording of academic and other records.
Prepare reports to be submitted to supervisor of the department or outside agencies.
Evaluate and initiate requests for services such as printing, building or equipment maintenance.
Assign and coordinate usage of facilities, services, and equipment under administration of department or division.
Serve as unit Promotion and Tenure Coordinator
Represent supervisor at designated meetings and conferences.
Provide administrative support of program review, academic standards, curriculum, annual faculty evaluation, and outcome assessment.
Answer phones and greet customers
Maintain calendars and set appointments and meetings
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary, as well as two years experience in administrative capacity.
Full Time/Part Time
Salary starts at $13.40 and will be commensurate based on experience.
