This position will assist the Director of Bakery. The primary focus of this position is to provide administrative support to the Director of Bakery, to include reporting, placing orders, pricing, and other administrative duties. This individual is responsible for assisting with handling contracts, reviewing advertisements and assisting with finding solutions to issues/concerns, while meeting Coborn’s Wildly Important Goals of being the Best Place to Work and Best Place to Shop.

Associate's degree in Business or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance, instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate proficiency with Excel, and email systems. Working knowledge of pricing systems and category analyzer systems.
