Demand Account Manager - OpenX Lift

Description:
The Demand Account Manager will be responsible for supporting and selling to OpenX Lift’s demand partners, including large ad networks and other types of buyers. The Account Manager will be charged with ensuring that we meet our revenue and optimization goals while delivering outstanding service to our demand partners. The Account Manager will be an organized, detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and sales focused environment. Also, the Demand Account Manager will be knowledgeable in the online industry and communicate with clients via multiple communication methods, including in-person. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with large ad networks and other types of buyers within the assigned region in order to grow demand into the OpenX Lift platform and meet publishers’ needs

Identify and qualify new demand opportunities for existing and recently launched publishers

Effectively and strategically present publisher opportunities to demand clients, including volume availability, suggested CPMs, ad sizes, frequency caps and new publisher launches

Work on a daily basis with DPs to provide excellent customer service resulting in timely receipt of ad tags, strong CPMs and fill rates, and high demand partner and publisher satisfaction

Partner with the Director of Demand Sales to exceed revenue targets and improve sales skills

Maintain strong relationships with the Yield team, Ad Operations and other groups to ensure smooth internal operations and continuously improve processes for the OpenX Lift business

Gather client feedback, monitor competitive trends and develop ideas to improve OpenX products

Periodically meet with clients in person and represent OpenX at industry events and other forums

Qualifications:
BS/BA degree

3-4 years working for an SSP, Ad Exchange, Publisher, Ad Network, DSP or Agency Trading Desk

2 years of buy-side/demand-side account management or yield management experience

Strongly desired: experience working with third-party ad tags and ad operations

Skills and Personal Attributes:
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to form strong personal relationships and build lasting inter-company partnerships

High energy, team-orientation and will to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving, fun environment

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong business judgment; professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
