Oversight of daily operations of Family Support Centers.

Develops methods a nd to improve service delivery models a nd Center operations.

A ssures program operations a re in compliance with a ll a pplicable contract requirements.

Monitors quality a ssurance methods a nd best practices for efficient a nd compliant service delivery.

Oversees ongoing staff trainings.

Ensures a dequate staffing levels a re maintained by monitoring participants needs, a nd program participation to staff ratio.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following A dditional Education a nd Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in health a nd human services discipline or other professional discipline

Five years experience in Welfare to Work programs; a nd experience in management of complex program implementation a nd operations.

A bility to interact successfully with program participants, Project staff, clients a nd subcontractors

Computer literacy in Microsoft Word a nd spreadsheet programs such a s Excel

A bility to use database management programs

A bility to establish relationships with employers a nd community groups

A bility to work with culturally diverse populations

Education Required: Bachelors Degree from a n a ccredited college or university or equivalent experience

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office A pplications

Technical Skills / Knowledge Preferred: Microsoft Project

Subject Matter Expertise/Experience Preferred: Prior experience in Project Management.

Personal/Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, a nd written communication skills, a bility to perform quantitative a nd qualitative a nalyses of existing business processes based on in-depth knowledge of organizational a nd or client objectives, a bility to coach, develop a nd mentor team members, a bility to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment, a bility to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.

1. Establishes operational objectives a nd work plans for the project

2. Provides ongoing supervision to a ssigned staff

3. Develop a nd manage project budget

4. Reviews project objectives to determine success of operations

5. Develop, modify a nd execute policies

6. Oversee a ctivities of multiple sections/departments through subordinates

7. Identify a nd resolve issues, problems a nd concerns by leading cooperative effort of project team

8. Interacts with different levels of external a nd internal customers

9. A nalytical oversight a nd review of project initiatives

10. Performs other duties a s may be a ssigned by management
