Monitors quality a ssurance methods a nd best practices for efficient a nd compliant service delivery.
Oversees ongoing staff trainings.
Ensures a dequate staffing levels a re maintained by monitoring participants needs, a nd program participation to staff ratio.
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following A dditional Education a nd Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in health a nd human services discipline or other professional discipline
Five years experience in Welfare to Work programs; a nd experience in management of complex program implementation a nd operations.
A bility to interact successfully with program participants, Project staff, clients a nd subcontractors
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word a nd spreadsheet programs such a s Excel
A bility to use database management programs
A bility to establish relationships with employers a nd community groups
A bility to work with culturally diverse populations
