The ideal candidate for this position will be a talented individual with a passion for design and a strong portfolio of personal work. •Participate in Architectural Design, under the direction of a design principal, through all phases of a project including master planning, programming, schematic design and design development.
•Communicates design ideas through hand sketching, 3D modeling, verbal presentation skills and computer illustrations. Ability to build scale models is a plus.
•Coordinates with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and design team members.
•Must work well in a collaborative environment and be able to respond to design needs from multiple project architects, directors and firm principals.
