Milestone Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Desktop Support Technician (Level 2) that will provide the escalated level of support. The Desktop Support Technician will provide support for hardware, software and applications as needed for corporate users in a hi-tech environment. The individual will be troubleshooting issues with all Windows Operating System.

Required Skills

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor

Ability to work well under pressure and short deadlines

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to move tickets to other and categorize within the different fields of IT (i.e. Network Support, Desktop Support, Server Support, etc.)

Skillful with troubleshooting and working with all Windows Operating Systems: 7

Able to troubleshoot, resolve, and provide resolution for issues

Advanced understanding of software related issues with the Windows platform

Required Experience

Experience escalating tickets to Level 3 when unable to resolve

Must have worked in an exchange - Outlook client environment
