Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in desktop support. Thorough knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7. Functional knowledge of MAC OS. Proficient computer hardware and networking troubleshooting skills.

Active Directory experience. Call Center experience (plus). Strong knowledge of mobile devices – including blackberry, iphone, ipad etc. Personal Attributes: Strong customer-service skills.

Good written and verbal communications. Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work alone. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively. Team player who is adaptable to change in process or required activities.

Working Environment/Physical Demands: Users served per analyst: 150. On-Call availablity 24x7. Be willing to work all shifts day or night. Be able to move or lift 20 pounds Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to computer system users.

Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including print We need a strong, TRUE onsite L2 Tech. No Helpdesk or IMAC level Analysts. No infrastructure engineers, or back-end server Admins.

We need a feet on the street break-fix Tech Support Analyst, that can also handle the inevitable remote control/phone support, too.
