GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for the management of the Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Education and Research Organization, Inc. (ARTrust™) programs, projects and activities. Responsible for the overall direction and supervision of CAOHC marketing and public relations activities as assigned.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (minimum of 37.5 hours per week)

AAAAI Development Manager
• In concert with Meetings Team, manage all responsibilities associated with the ARTrust Benefit Dinner and other ARTrust Annual Meeting events, including ticket registration, table sales, donor seating and other logistical details surrounding the event(s).
• Manage in concert with the Communications Team the implementation of public relations/marketing plans and in the creation and development of promotional materials, including online materials.
• Recommend project concepts and improvements for projects and programs.
• Research and gather information and work with a variety of people to coordinate initiatives and projects.
• Oversee inventory of ARTrust-related supplies, including letterhead and reference materials.
• Answer informational calls and emails.
• Copying, filing, faxing, and other day-to-day organizational functions.
• Oversee the administration of the ARTrust donor database, including reports and analysis.
• Manage the development, production and mailings of donor correspondence and other ARTrust print and digital pieces.
• Manage ARTrust website content.
• Assist the Director of Development in coordinating and managing projects related to the ARTrust Steering Committee and all of its task forces, including conference calls, meetings, agenda materials, minutes, reports, mailings, work orders, and other projects as determined by the ARTrust leadership.
• Develop and manage the ARTrust administrative timeline.
• With direction from the Development Director, develop and manage all policies and procedures for ARTrust.
• With direction from the Development Director, create and manage the ARTrust annual budget.
• Process all invoices.
• Manage all donor funds.
• Manage the grant commitment chart and monitor all ARTrust grants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

CAOHC MARKETING MANAGER
In 2013, approximately quarter time will be spent initiating a marketing plan that relies heavily in electronic media. These responsibilities will include:
• Assist in developing and implementing CAOHC’s annual marketing plan including determining appropriate target audiences and institutions, objectives, tactics and desired outcomes under the direction of the Executive Director.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of individual tactics and marketing plan as a whole.
• Coordinate content management of the CAOHC website including: generation of content, development of new website initiatives, and general maintenance and monitoring.
• Coordinate the creation of all CAOHC promotional materials from idea to completion for: brochures, press releases, broadcast emails, Certificant materials, flyers, print ads, and other communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

AMOUNT OF TRAVEL REQUIRED: Approximately 1-2 weeks per year; some evening and weekend work may be required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2 years of development or project management experience preferred; outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills; computer proficiency; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Minimal lifting required.
