Deliver nourishments to units as required.
Deliver food carts to designated places and ensure carts are returned to kitchen.
Collect and remove trash and garbage to designated containers.
Clean work areas, dinning room, equipment, walls, cabinets, storage areas, and other areas assigned in accordance with established procedures.
Wash dishes, cookware, flatware, and trays using approved procedures.
