This role is an opportunity for a self-motivated, results-oriented, team player to lead web design, implement and manage web projects and initiatives. This is a dynamic, evolving role in which the ideal candidate will be capable of understanding business challenges and developing innovative, technological solutions to achieve measurable results for the HID brand. This role requires the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines and constraints.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for end-to-end management throughout the lifecycle of a project by directing the efforts of project team(s) to deliver completed assets for online presentation of a product, service or campaign. As BA and Project lead you will manage the development, design and support of moderate to complex programs, projects and processes involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects, initiatives or programs. This is a newly created role that has broad purview and will have many opportunities for visibility and impact. We need someone who can collaborate with several stakeholders and assemble plans to align activities and drive marketing effectiveness. This positions reports to the Director of Global Services. Candidates with a strong web management background preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project manages medium to large sized initiatives, projects and programs. May oversee cross-functional teams to desired end-state. Plans and coordinates activities of projects/programs to ensure that project/program goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and parameters.
Understanding business process management and business requirements of internal teams/customers and translating them to specific web requirements
Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams for web key initiatives which include but are not limited to: product launches; web application development; training; customer support; partner portals; media center; and managed services
Documenting and analyzing required information and data
Evaluating the information gathered through meetings, kickoff calls, workshops, business process description and task analysis
Manage the web release process and Q/A
Manage local language websites and translation workflows
Support web development, design, content, graphics and campaign related activities
Identify, recommend and implement marketing technologies and systems
Direct vendors and coordinate with web team members
5+ years of experience in web design, development and marketing technologies
Proficient in business process evaluation and procedure development; Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of all tools, processes, methodologies and standards for requirements gathering, documentation and analysis.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, leadership and teamwork skills; Demonstrated experience in process improvement and/or project management methodology
PC proficiency, including knowledge of worksheet, word processing, project management and presentation applications
Strong UI design, web interactivity and graphics background with knowledge in information architecture
Solid experience making wireframes and workflow diagrams
Extensive background using graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS)
Progressive experience designing for a heavy data-driven content web solution
Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements
Expert knowledge in HTML & HTML5
Basic statistical training and analytical acumen
Reporting, data visualization and statistical analysis experience is a big plus
Strong collaboration and organizational skills
Strong drive to action and results orientation
Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
