This individual is responsible for daily administration of CORT Trade Show and Event Furnishings' external and internal websites and works closely with management, the company's ad agency, local and corporate development resources, and vendors to execute strategies and maintain all digital marketing assets and assure that overall marketing strategies are reflected in website content and communications.Maintain and update content, navigation and site structure for all internal corporate websites and; coordinating with vendors, as well as local and corporate development resources where applicable. This content includes, but is not limited to, static/dynamic pages, rich media, A.S.P. services, banners, images, ads and videos, online product catalogs, news center, personalized customer content, space planners, event portfolios, and other related content.Assist Marketing Director with the development and scheduling of digital marketing communications. Execute regular digital communications including e-blasts, e-newsletters, and related vehicles. Maintain content calendar and generate monthly analytics report.Coordinate product updates across digital assets including websites, TSE and Salesforce with Director of Marketing, Asset Manager, local IT Project Manager and National Sales Coordinator.Work with Marketing Director and corporate resources to establish and maintain website analysis reports for each website derived from the following: Establishment and measurement of key performance indicators (KPI) for all digital marketing efforts including email marketing, search engine marketing, organic search engine optimization, online affiliate programs, banner ads, and social media utilizing online analytics.Establishment and measurement of ongoing site content testing (A/B, Multivariate, etc.) to enhance site accessibility, services and sales.Work with Marketing Director and corporate marketing department to establish, maintain, and monitor search engine marketing key word list, recommending changes based on online research/analysis. Coordinate changes/updates with the analytics team in the corporate office.Provide recommendations for site development and online marketing strategy based on site analytics, customer feedback and industry research.Work with Marketing Director and IT department to administer online email marketing campaigns with the ability to provide dynamic email personalization, e-blast scheduling and integration with the company's online analytics and CRM software.Work with the IT department as the primary support contact for website issuesOther duties may be assigned.
Qualifications to perform this job successfully include: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, proof read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, advertisements, and technical procedures in English. Knowledge of Windows and MS Office and Web Design software. Ability to design and update web pages. Able to multitask.
