Full-service, digital marketing company, Sneak Attack Media, is seeking a Digital PR/Marketing Manager. Our clients are bands, record labels, books, films and lifestyle brands. Clients have included: Neil Young, Rufus Wainwright, Tori Amos, Florence + The Machine, Lou Reed, Paul Simon, The Cult, Of Monsters and Men and more.

PR/Marketing Managers see each campaign through from start to finish, conceptualizing the entire digital marketing plan, and putting the plan into action. Project Managers work alongside a Social Media Manager who will assist with the social media aspect of each campaign, but knowledge of social media is required.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, as well as pitching proposals for prospective clients (please be prepared to provide examples of or discuss campaigns you've worked on)

-Strong existing relationships with online partners (top tier outlets: AOL, Yahoo, Stereogum, Pitchfork, Brooklyn Vegan, MTV.com,Rollingstone.com, Spin.com, etc. as well as pop, indie and niche outlets as well)

-Experience securing online press coverage and features, including sessions, interviews, promotional opportunities.

-Knowledge of social media best practices and how to put together a social media plan, build a fan base, etc

-Must be tech-savvy with a deep understanding of current & forthcoming technologies and platforms

-Experience working with digital platforms like BandPage, Bandcamp, Soundcloud, etc

-Experience with cross-promotional marketing and branding

-Candidates should be creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented and resourceful. Managers will take on several projects at once and must be able to prioritize and multi-task.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Planning and executing result-oriented online marketing strategies for a variety of campaigns

-Securing editorial coverage on blogs and websites

-Securing brand partnerships and devising innovative and creative promotions to ally the artist with the brand

- Conceptualizing ideas for micro sites, landing pages, Facebook tabs, and overusing their design and development

-Managing and building social networking sites such as Facebook ,Twitter, MySpace, YouTube, Tumblr, Google + and more

- Communicating with client daily and presenting a bi-weekly report

-Basic knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, CSS
-Comfortable using a Mac
-Existing relationships with labels and/or brands
-Existing contacts at digital platforms
-Experience booking, optimizing and analyzing Facebook ads
-Experience in mobile
-Interest/experience with digital PR/marketing for non-music campaigns as well
