Leo Burnett is recruiting a Senior
Digital Producer to work within the Detroit digital group to manage the
creative and technical workflow of highly conceptual interactive and
experiential work. Our Producer will have the ability to lead in practice and
build a staff that can effectively balance longer-term creative and strategic
issues with day-to-day tactical project challenges, be client-facing, and work
closely with creative, account, and development teams. The Senior Digital
Producer will own projects from start to finish which includes estimating
resources and managing resources, developing a project plan, owning partner and
vendor relationships, creating the production estimate and seeing the project through
to completion on time and within budget.

Lead team in advancing
the projects, identifying issues that require attention and take appropriate

years management experience
years experience in Internet Project Management or Producer and 5 years in
one of the following areas; multi-media design, advertising agency
creative, or web site development. PMI certification a plus.
be knowledgeable in concepts and production elements of the web. Areas of
experience include HTML, Flash, file sizes, delivery formats, and content
management, as well as the capabilities and limitations of browsers and
experience and or equivalent academic credentials in related field
Publishing and editorial experience a plus.
Services and/or Automotive experience is a plus.
of best practices for digital project management, as well as an
understanding of marketing workflow
written and verbal communication skills
in core office software packages: Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint. Mac
and PC. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize project deliverables while
troubleshooting, at times, new technologies and formats.
