The Direct Support Professionals interacts with
consumers in a variety of settings, including community
homes, family and individual homes and other Community
settings; providing personal care, instruction, guidance
mentoring and companionship according to the Individual

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a High School Diploma/GED
At least 6 months previous experience in the mental
health field is preferred.
Must have valid PA Driver's License
