The Director of Environmental Services is responsible
for the ongoing, effective operation of the
Environmental Services (EVS) Department and for the
ongoing assessment and improvement of all services
provided by department. Responsibilities encompass not
only the internal functioning of these services, but
also the integration of these services into the overall
functioning of Northwest Texas Healthcare System. The
director will establish and maintain effective working
relationships with other departments and provide a
unified approach to providing patient care. The director
will also provide overall direction and management of
the performance of EVS staff including assistant
director/s, manager/s supervisors and front line staff.
