Supervises site/corrdidor HR staff in Red Wing, Lake City and Cannon Falls. Partners with management in developing HR strategies that will meet the HR needs of the department both for the immediate and the long term. Works cooperatively with others to provide expertise in solution design and delivery in an integrated and efficient manner. Coordinates the HR support to assigned departments through the HR service model. Serves as an advocate and supporter of organizational and regional goals/vision and facilitates processes in support of these goals.
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources (HR) or related field required. Masters degree in Business, HR or related with field three to five years of relevant experience preferred. Eight to ten years of relevant experience required. Previous supervisory experience desirable. Substantial knowledge of most human resource disciplines. Strong interpersonal skills, including communication skills, necessary. Conflict resolution and team problem solving skills required. Demonstrated computer proficiency.
