Job Description: With this rapidly growing and highly innovative company you will play a key role in leading the vision and direction of the inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can successfully grow a team while always enhancing the status quo. We are looking for the kind of person that is continually improving sales processes, strategy, and expanding territory development. Proven success in inside sales by increasing sales to new customers and additional products and services to existing customer base is a must.
Leading the design of new inside sales processes and procedures, and implementing the new ways in CRM.
Optimization of CRM and sales processes for inside and field sales
Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Management and others to create and define winning campaign strategies
Direct campaigns with an increased focus on cold- calling.
Do all of the above with a focus on achieving our mission to accelerate learning for all
Use the latest & most effective tools to continuously improve performance
Help to achieve our sales goals as a key member of our inside sales team.
Significant inside sales management experience, preferably in an inside sales/account management environment
Track record of sales success as a rep and manager (meeting and exceeding assigned quota)
Proven ability to coach and develop staff including those with no inside sales experience.
Solution sales experience, preferably for a K-12 education developer and/or publisher.
Operational expertise, including the ability to develop and implement CRM systems and infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in education, sales, marketing or other related field. MBA is a plus.
Adaptable, diplomatic and mature
Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, enthusiasm and strong work ethic
