Company Description Broadridge is a leading provider of investor communications and technologydrivensolutions to banks brokerdealers mutual funds and corporations globally Our systems and services include investor communication solutions securities processing and operations In short we provide the infrastructure that helps the financial services industry operate With 50 years of experience we provide financial services firms with advanced dependable scalable and costeffective integrated services to help run their businesses Job Description The Role Reporting Relations The Director Marketing Communications will report to the VP Brand and Marketing Communications Mission As a Marketing Communications Director in the Brand and Marketing Communications group heshe will develop integrated marketing communications programs in support of Corporate and Business Unit marketing plans In this position heshe will be considered an expert within the marketing communications discipline and an acknowledged authority on developing ROIdriven campaigns within the organization Responsibilities include direct marketing sales support and internal communications Heshe will collaborate with Digital and Social Media to ensure that all programs are leveraging digital and social media as well Heshe will manage external creative resources to develop and execute specific and measureable campaigns and sales enablement tools Marketing programs will include a broad range of traditional online and internal communications Heshe will ensure all creative development is consistent with brand positioning and strengthens Broadridge39s overall brand equity The Director Marketing Communication will have extensive B2B marketing experience in financial services technology andor BPO Heshe must be able to work in a dynamic environment and demonstrate leadership ensuring a bestinclass marketing communications function that meets corporate and individual business needs General Responsibilities bull Assists in developing marketing communications strategies and plans to support business marketing growth targets bull Manages the creative execution across all specific marketing mediums bull Handles daytoday interactions and creative development and production process with externalinternal resources bull Ensures that creative direction and executions fulfill and relate to the Broadridge39s brand image strategy and messages and solutions value propositions bull Work with the Digital and Social Media team to execute online components of the program bull Enforce brand standards across business units ensuring consistency and adherence to the standards and protecting Broadridge intellectual property bull Identifies oversees and recommends methods and techniques to assess the creative effectiveness of marketing communications and product collateral bull Ensures all communication projects are produced within budget and timeframes Qualifications Candidate Profile Qualifications bull Bachelors Degree required MBA preferred bull Financial services market communications experience required bull Experience in B2B businesses in the financial services industry Background in specialized areas including financial services technology oror BPO is required Experience bull Marketing communications professional with 7 10 years of experience bull Extensive experience in B2B marketing and time in the financial services andor technology industry Strong understanding of the financial services industry bull Understanding of the industries and businesses in which Broadridge operates bull Strong Marketing Communications skills and depth of experience developing value propositions collateral and campaigns that deliver strong business results bull Experience managing the writing editing and developing of printed materials as well as managing outside creative resources bull Thorough knowledge of communications planning and budgeting as well as various forms of communications bull Proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to executives and a variety of audiences Ability to give concise compelling verbal presentations to senior decisionmakers and to respond quickly and thoughtfully to challenges and pushback in a meeting situation Strong partnering skills with a focus on business unit satisfaction In addition the successful candidate will demonstrate the following Broadridge Success Factors bull Apply Judgment Business Acumen bull Communicate Influence bull Inspire Others bull Develop Self Others bull Build Business Specific Knowledge Skills Director - Marketing Communications
