In this role you will be responsible for:|
Direct the facility-wide Quality Management/Performance Improvement Program, the Risk Management Program, Patient Experience/Relations Program, Regulatory Affairs/Licensure and Accreditation Activities, Medical Staff Affairs, and Credentialing Activities of Medical Staff, Clinical Staff, and facility

College degree in relevant field required; Master?s in Healthcare Administration or relevant program preferred
QM/PI, Risk Management, Patient Experience/Relations, Regulatory affairs/licensure, accreditation experience required; Medical Staff Affairs/Credentialing experience preferred; inpatient behavioral health setting experience preferred
Excellent computer skills to include all Microsoft Office suite applications as well as Clinical Information System, internal database creation/use; external databases
Physical Requirements, Sedentary: Frequent; must also have ability to walk to all points on campus and drive to meetings/events at other Network campuses, as well as external meetings at a broad range of settings including associations, agencies, other hospitals, etc. Must own car.
Visual Requirements: Extensive work with computer and written documents; ability to identify staff and patients by sight
Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear normal conversation, Telephone communication frequent
Verbal Communication Skills: Must chair and participate in multiple meetings; frequently provides oral reports
Writing Skills: Must be able to write; create both simple and complex correspondence to multiple internal and external audiences; write reports required by insurers and multiple external agencies; create both narrative and data reports for internal and external use
