We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate individual to join our marketing team and be a part of an exciting opportunity to change the tobacco landscape and reimagine a new world of smoking enjoyment for Adult Tobacco Consumers (ATC). Backed with experience, dedication, and best in class industry resources, you will be in charge of developing compelling Consumer Engagement marketing programs for our broad portfolio of products.
Consumer Engagement is a strategically important capability within our marketing mix - the only touchpoint that truly delivers a face-to-face brand experience with our ATCs and connects with them in their environment. We leverage the Consumer Engagement capability across our broad tobacco portfolio (Camel Cigarettes, Camel SNUS, Grizzly, Pall Mall and VUSE) ensuring the delivery of relevant and meaningful conversations and experiences.
You will serve as the principal point person within marketing for the development of Consumer Engagement programs that educate and excite ATCs on our products – bringing the brands to life across a variety of marketing channels. You will also be responsible for managing two dynamic and highly engaged Promotional Marketing Agencies that execute the consumer engagement programs on our behalf.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
•Develop strategy for achieving superior results in engaging our Adult Tobacco Consumers
•Apply understanding of Brands and Consumers to achieve commercial goals
•Oversee all operations and monitor overall CE program performance with the Agencies
•Provide leadership by collaborating with a broad, cross-functional team of peers (Brand Marketing, Marketing Finance, Marketing Research, Trade Marketing, Marketing Operations, R&D, Legal, & External Relations)
•Ensure that corporate strategy and regulatory guidelines are imbedded in all marketing initiatives
• Bachelors Degree Required; MBA / Masters degree preferred
• No less than 6 years professional experience
• Experience managing 3rd Party Agencies
• Demonstrated track record of high personal and team performance
• Record of developing self and others
• Superior understanding of brand and consumer values
• Inquisitive nature and ability to translate consumer attitudes and behaviors into hypothesis and business opportunities
• Extremely resourceful and highly results oriented
• Proven strategy development, planning, and analytical skills
