This is a Fulltime position.
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a human services field (social work, psychology, etc.) and extensive knowledge and experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) specifically with challenging behaviors and or mental illness. Experience in systems-oriented work is essential.
Supervise/oversee NC START Central Clinical Team and Respite Programs, Establish/maintain linkages and affiliations with community partners, identify training/support needs of the community, coordinate trainings utilizing expertise of team psychologist, psychiatrist, team members and specialists within the community, identify necessary trainings for team members, maintain communication with the NC START East and West teams and ensure collection of required data and documentation and utilization of START services.
