Summary of Position Responsibilities:
Directs staff who serves as the primary point of contact for process transformational initiatives within the Enterprise Infrastructure Organization. Establishes implements, maintains, and monitors processes to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Principal Accountabilities of Position:
Directs, motivates, and develops staff. On-going performance management of staff.
Develop policies and methods guiding the Process Improvement function.
Manage senior management relationships, facilitate effective communication, and work with the senior team to assess needs, understand requirements, and syndicate solution.
Formulates process reengineering and improvement methodologies and ensure that established methods and practices are followed.
Coordinate discovery projects and technical studies as well as evaluate and recommend process improvement opportunities.
10+ years of working experience in IT or related experience.
5+ years of experience managing a team.
3 - 5 years of working experience in process design work, including significant redesign initiatives in an IT environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or 10 years of equivalent experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
Excellent management level communication skills to effectively develop people and teams.
Strong executive level communication skills, both oral and written.
Extensive knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
