Position to be based in Northeast.
Position will provide daily leadership to sales team to acquire new customers as well as maintaining existing Gexa Energy accounts to generate incremental business by promoting products and services; manage, lead, and provide sales mentoring and coaching to the sales team in order to grow their ability to leverage and achieve territory revenue goals; develop a team environment which fosters strong cross-functional relationships that will ensure support to maximize revenue growth and educate Sales Reps in strategic account selling in order to penetrate existing accounts, buying process, decision structure, contract terms and conditions.
Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field. 7+ years experience in sales and management required.
