Provides overall planning, direction,
coordination, management and supervision of all nursing and professional
services in conjunction with the Home Care Director. Responsible for the
clinical performance of nursing in all areas to facilitate effective, efficient
patient care. Assures quality care by reviewing and assessing each service.
Maintains appropriate quality control programs. Maintains performance
improvement activities within the organization and participates in Clinical
Quality Improvement activities.
Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN with two years of RN experience preferably in a hospice, home care, or long term care and a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
