Silverado Hospice. Passion. Possibilities. Purpose. Silverado Hospice is currently looking for an experienced, results-driven Hospice Services Sales Manager/Director of Community Relations to lead the marketing team based out of San Diego, CA. The Hospice Sales Manager responsibilities include:
Ensure sales activities, quotas, and/or other assigned responsibilities are being achieved by the Hospice Sales Liaisons.
Provide necessary training to Hospice Sales Liaisons.
Monitor the sales marketing budget. The ideal Hospice Sales Manager candidate will have:
Proven ability to manage a sales team.
Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Several years of sales management experience in the healthcare environment – ideally hospice care.
Strong time management skills
Knowledge and experience working with people having Alzheimer’s disease and their families.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with prior hospital sales management experience and/or established relationships with hospital case managers, hospitalists, pulmonologists, oncologists, cardiologists, or dialysis centers.
