**This position requires nursing home experience**

DUTIES

  • Establishing and maintaining a positive and proactive employee relations climate for all employees.
  • Being responsible for policy setting and implementation of all employment related practices across the system.
  • Through short and long range planning, ensuring effective programs are planned and implemented.
  • Establishing and interpreting a disciplinary policy to ensure fairness and equity within the disciplinary process among affiliates.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced level knowledge of all Human Resources Management functions and general business which would normally be acquired through the completion of Master's level work in Human Resources, Business Administration or the equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible high level leadership experience in multiple functional areas of Human Resources in a health care setting with NURSING HOME experience required
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • A commitment to accomplishing diversity in the work force.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills in order to work with all levels of employees.
  • Demonstrated skills in diplomacy and conflict resolution at various levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. * Establishing and maintaining a positive and proactive employee relations climate for all employees.
