Job Description:
Director of Military Sales– Western U.S.

based in Southern CA

BA/BA is a plus; Prior Military Service and experience in Food/Beverage/(CPG) sales is required

Responsibilities include:
Develop relationships with the Zone/Region managers in AAFES, Nexcom and DeCA
Manage the use of our Marketing Assets to support base activities.
Support all large bases with special marketing activities to grow sales.
Report all competitive activities to the Sales Director.
Manage store level execution of all regional and national sales promotions with Sales team.
Work to plan all merchandising Calendars and budgets.
Present the Military business at all meetings possible.
Manage the setup for all Military Trade Shows in the West.
Provide store level data to Regional Managers to improve sales and distribution.
Maintain monthly chain alerts to the field and new item form updates for MCX, NEXCOM and CG.
Build a relationship with the top key Distributor Military contacts
Assist on Headquarter calls for Nexcom, MCX and Coast Guard.
Work with the USO on local events.
Assist in the planning and budgeting process.
