Home Health Care facility providing a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy seeks a skilled Director of Nursing for their Alexandria, VA location. The DON will work with the Administrator and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and facility standards, guidelines and regulations. In absence of the Administrator, the DON assumes the responsibility forcenter operations.

Must Have :
5 years in long term/acute health care
Minimum of 2 years Nursing Supervisory experience
Current VA State licensure as a Registered Nurse or equivalent Compact License
Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
Current CPR certification
