Required Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management, Dietetics or related field; or Associates Degree plus five (5) years of directly related experience preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of acute or long-term care experience preferred, depending upon formal degree or training
Five (5) plus years of direct foodservice operational management experience in an acute or long-term care setting
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
