Job Description
The Director of Rehab's responsibilities are a combination of adminstrative and clincal:
Ensure that the work environment in The Colonnades rehab department is maintained according to all facility and company policies and procedures and professional standards Serve as the liaison between RMI corporate staff and field employees Provide leadership and direction in The Colonnades facility with rehab staff and other members of the facility staff Maintain a work environment that is appropriate and conducive to provide patient care with dignity and confidentiality by performing their duties. Requirements
Must be graduate of an accredited curriculum with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Hold and maintain proof or valid state licensure/certification in VA or be willing to obtain this license. Management experience is preferred.
