The Sales Director, Germany is tasked with aggressively managing the sales team in developing and closing complex, large dollar Third Party Product (3PP), product and services opportunities and selling the business value of our services to senior level executives throughout assigned territory. Generate revenue by closing strategic account sales of 3PP, services and/or software products and/or. Strategic accounts are named clients critical to the organization in terms of market share growth and other business goals. Duties may require high level of travel.
- Extensive knowledge of Embedded software/services market
- Managed Embedded sales team
- Strong background with ecosystem (silicon, etc…) for connected devices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Embedded products a plus
- Business Orientation, Achievement Orientation, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Management
- Fluent in German and English
