Provide strategic direction, financial management and tactical execution necessary to build a customer relationship that is a mutual win for the retailer, the manufacture and CLA Responsible for creating and delivering vital sales strategies and play a crucial role in the success of the growth of our organization within the channel.

  • Senior sales manager in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for this division
  • Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company‚Äôs strategic goals
  • Participate and lead sales meeting with key vendors
  • Works with the Exective team of PSP to work on key issues and look for oppertunities
  • Represent CLA and its vendors at trade shows
  • Resolves internal problems relating to complaints from vendors or buyers in an effective and timely manner
  • Analyze sales data with account managers and vendors to identify opportunities and plans of action to increase vendor sales
  • Designs and delivers effective on-going sales training for Account Managers
  • Establishes key initiatives within all channels to maximize subscriber growth

  • Must have a good driving record and auto insurance liability limits of 25/50/15
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and provide vision and leadership
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline focused environment
  • Previous experience in a sales manager position (10+ years)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, territory design, quota management and sales compensation
  • Must be comfortable around animals
