Director of the Help Desk and Conference Service Teams

global service delivery.
You will coordinate with our internal technical group
and our operation offices across the country, making
certain that to further integrate the efforts of the
remote services teams with the field offices.
Ensure Help Desk and Conferencing Service team
strategies are aligned with AVI-SPL’s managed services
You will oversee your team’s handling of initial support
/ service inquiries or issues as they analyze and create
Help Desk and Service solutions, drawing on AVI-SPL’s
vast engineering expertise, and resolve the issues,
either remotely or by dispatching field service techs.
