Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

Supports the development and launch of Showtime Anytime, Showtime’s authenticated TV Everywhere service, on new platforms and devices (mobile, connected TVs, game consoles, etc.). Candidate will assist this effort in the following ways: gathering product/technical requirements, developing user interface/usability requirements, assisting in vendor selection, overseeing successful launches on new platforms, developing and maintaining product development roadmaps and timelines and helping to manage business/product development internal communications.

Candidate will also analyze potential new markets and business opportunities and help to identify and develop new products supporting Showtime’s subscription business.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and launch of Showtime Anytime on new platforms/devices. Create Product Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications, draft and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from technology vendors, assist in vendor selection and oversight. Demonstrate new products in development to senior management teams and affiliates. Create product development roadmaps, plans and timelines.
Support market development activities to identify new subscription product/business opportunities, develop new product concepts. Perform market research and analysis, market sizing and forecasting. Prepare presentations and written reports to communicate the potential of new markets, analyses of new technologies affecting Showtime’s business and the changing competitive landscape.

Support other ad hoc projects as required.

Required Skills/Experience

· 5+ years digital and mobile product development experience, preferably at a media/entertainment company
· Experience in creating Product Requirement Documents and RFPs
· MBA or other relevant graduate degree

Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational, strategic research and analytical skills
· Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and project management software
· Knowledge of best practices for product development and product launches
· Awareness of key trends in digital media market
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and with cross-functional teams
· Ability to work independently and manage timelines

Minimum Education Level
Bachelor's Degree
