Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Corporate.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Ensures business needs are being met.
Manages corporate research needs.
Oversees competitive intelligence (CI) gathering.
Supports overall marketing initiatives.
Oversees third-party secondary research, data provider relationships, and use of the data.
Develops and manages the corporate strategic learning agenda.
Manages proprietary data panels.
Provides current, accurate, and actionable information about customers, prospects, products, competitors, markets, and the business environment.
Oversees market research functions.
Minimum of 9 years of business experience in marketing analysis, reporting and decision support.
Familiarity with SAS, SQL, Data Mining, or other data customer-centric environments.
Demonstrated experience in managing direct reports and/or analytics project teams.
Must be able to 'tell a story' based on research data.
Strong analysis skills.
