Lead, research, analyze, recommend and oversee the development of new and enhanced product sets based on partner and user needs, and use inputs to develop innovative product solutions.
  • Seek-out and interpret user feedback and market research data to guide product development.
  • Perform competitive and marketplace analyses to assess trends and guide team to create compelling products and product road map.
  • Aggregate market feedback and analytics into marketable features in a form that is actionable by the product development team.
  • Provide on-going feedback to stakeholders as to product development progress, sales performance and adjustments to product or distribution, industry trends, and market data research findings and recommendations.
  • Establish, manage and adjust as required revenue, capital and expense budget to achieve business objectives.
  • Select, develop, motivate, train and retain a competent staff of product management professionals.
  • Maintain and support a diverse set of business alliances through customized product offerings.
  • Participate in the design of budgets, establish priorities and allocate departmental resources.

  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or its equivalent.
    • 10 years of relevant experience in product management and supervisory management, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities

    • Strong research, analysis, strategy and project management skills with the ability to guide complex projects to timely completion.
    • Ability to manage and balance requirements of advertisers, users, and alliance partners, and develop processes to maximize success.
    • Experience working with information and technology-focused teams, including large distributors and outside suppliers to achieve common goals.
    • Demonstrated understanding of the interactive marketplace, including its culture and consumers.
    • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with multiple departments and senior executives and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an orientation towards developing win-win solutions.
    • A broad, strategic orientation with an attention to detail.
    • Business planning, forecasting and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage a diverse workload and assign priorities to tasks.
