Seek-out and interpret user feedback and market research data to guide product development.
Perform competitive and marketplace analyses to assess trends and guide team to create compelling products and product road map.
Aggregate market feedback and analytics into marketable features in a form that is actionable by the product development team.
Provide on-going feedback to stakeholders as to product development progress, sales performance and adjustments to product or distribution, industry trends, and market data research findings and recommendations.
Establish, manage and adjust as required revenue, capital and expense budget to achieve business objectives.
Select, develop, motivate, train and retain a competent staff of product management professionals.
Maintain and support a diverse set of business alliances through customized product offerings.
Participate in the design of budgets, establish priorities and allocate departmental resources.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or its equivalent.
10 years of relevant experience in product management and supervisory management, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities
Strong research, analysis, strategy and project management skills with the ability to guide complex projects to timely completion.
Ability to manage and balance requirements of advertisers, users, and alliance partners, and develop processes to maximize success.
Experience working with information and technology-focused teams, including large distributors and outside suppliers to achieve common goals.
Demonstrated understanding of the interactive marketplace, including its culture and consumers.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with multiple departments and senior executives and lead cross-functional teams.
