Director of Quality Improvement, Patient Experience and Staff Education:

Responsible for coordinating and implementing performance improvement activities which produce observable, measurable and quantifiable outcomes in accordance with our mission. Assist with coordinating hospital accreditation. Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and promote and implement a patient centered focus that results in improved patient satisfaction outcomes. Identifies and coordinates educational programs to support quality improvement and an exceptional patient experience.
