The Director TV Universal Television Studio IT will be the single point of contact for all technology needs including creative, operations, and financial systems and core compute needs (PC, mobile, file/print, collaboration). Specific responsibilities include:
•Partner with Universal Television Studio business leaders to identify technology needs and build on existing / develop systems strategy where required. Continue to complete analysis of the wing-to-wing process and industry landscape including competitor benchmarking and industry technology offerings
•Recommend multi-generational execution plan with cost benefit studies for each program.
•Facilitate delivery across all key stakeholders. This includes creative, production operations, finance, systems, infrastructure, and vendors; closely manage communication and expectations across the different business divisions, functions and IT groups.
•Evaluate internal systems, specifically quantitative/qualitative analytics and program tracking for ongoing use and security.
•Support the existing application portfolio and integration touch points (administration, upgrades, patch mgmt, SOX).
•Manage PC Refresh, desk side support, and events require technology capability.
•Minimum 10 years of proven project management skills managing multiple large-scale mission critical projects.
•Minimum 7 years experience in software development and application testing experience.
